We will meet you at the villa on the day of your arrival to show you around and briefly explain relevant information about the house and the area as well as guidance and support.
We also offer 24h assistance so we can assist you on anything you may need during your stay.

Welcome packs & fridge stocking
We supply a very complete welcome pack in all our properties, which include wine, cheese, nuts, milk, etc. However if you wish for us to stock up the fridge for your arrival and that way you avoid going to the supermarket, just let us know.
Begin your holiday without a care in the world, simply send us a list of groceries that you'd like to be ready for your arrival and we’ll take care of the rest. We'll do the shop, then unload and store your items. Your kitchen will be filled with the finest and freshest ingredients when you arrive.
